***Due to the nature of DTF printing, we are not able to refund/reprint for the following cases***
1.Your artwork/logo is extremely small .
2.Your artwork contains fine detail(i.e. Signature)
Please do not place bulky job in this case, small sample is recommended.

3.Size is exceeding that causes partial contents are missing from the print.

4. You need 100% color match to your artwork.

5. You don't follow our instruction properly.

Formats we can accept for printing:

PDF, PSD, PNG

1. Please note that we WILL NOT do any photo editing(resizing, multiply,color matching, etc)  so please make sure you have your graphic ready before sending us to print. DO NOT mirror image while sending. 

2. To ensure all contents will be included from the prints, please set the maximum width to 30cm

3. Ensure your graphic is CLEAR BACKGROUND, then send us all artworks in one email. If you need identical image to print multiply times, specify "2x, 3x etc" on email, or rename your file to "1 of_, 2 of_ etc" to avoid incorrect qty of your prints. Download Link is welcome when individual file is too large to send out.
