***Due to the nature of Sublimation printing, we are not able to refund/reprint for the following cases***

1.Over size image that cause cut off from your print. 

2. You need to print white color via sublimation(please choose DTF instead)

3. You expect  100% color match to your artwork.

4. You don't follow our instruction properly.

Formats we can accept for printing:

Jpg(Jpeg), PNG, PSD, PDF

1. Please note that we WILL NOT do any photo editing(resizing, multiply, color matching, removing background, etc)  so please make sure you have your graphic ready before sending us to print. Indicate either Mirrored or NOT Mirrored while sending. 

2. To ensure all contents will be included from the prints, please set the maximum width as required(21x29.7 or 29.7x42 cm)

3. Send us all artworks in one email. If you need identical image to print multiple times, specify "2x, 3x etc" on email, or rename your file to "1 of_, 2 of_ etc" to avoid incorrect qty of your prints. Download Link is welcome when individual file is too large to send as attachment.
